Welcome to Elite Geriatric Care’s (EGC) first blog post. We are a group of medical specialists offering medical consultations to people in private clinics and Residential Aged Care Facilities, also known as nursing homes, in Melbourne. Our main rooms are based in Box Hill. We also have consulting suites in several locations in south east Melbourne.

At EGC, we provide best practice care using an evidence informed approach. Our clinicians are respectful of our patients’ wishes, goals, needs and preferences. By preventing and/or managing any existing medical issues we can help people to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. We aim to help people stay in their own home for as long as possible, if that is their wish. We consult in a number of locations in greater Melbourne to minimise travel for our patients and offer our services in a range of languages representative of Melbourne’s multicultural community.
